Homeless man Rodolfo Reyes, 62 years old, removes the fleas from his pet dog beside his wooden cart in E. Rodriguez ave., Quezon city yesterday. Reyes lives in his wooden cart with his 15 pet dogs and two cats, earning a living as a parking boy and a scavenger. He earns an average of Php 100.00 a day enough to feed him and his dogs.
